If you stop attending a course, it's important that you go through the process to drop or withdraw from that course otherwise you will remain financial responsible. If you are receiving financial aid and make changes to your credit load, you should contact the 财政援助办事处 to determine if the change will affect your aid status.
The process to drop/withdraw from a course is available in e服务. 登录 with your StarID and password, and under "课程 & 登记" choose "View/Modify Schedule".
退款
Anoka Technical College will refund tuition and fees for students who totally withdraw in accordance with the following schedule. This schedule does not apply to partial withdrawals.

The college may refund amounts due to the college for the following reasons:
- 学生死亡
- 医学原因
- 大学的错误
- Significant personal circumstances
学生 must petition the college for such a refund to be granted. Petitions must include appropriate documentation. Petitions must be submitted within 60 calendar days of the end of the semester in question. In all cases except college error, students will receive a "W" on their transcript.
豁免
The college must waive amounts due to the college for the following reasons:
- Employee benefit provided by a bargaining agreement
- 国家监护
- 战争孤儿
